Not sure which version of Windows you have? Press the Windows key + R, type winver, and press Enter. If it says Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, you're in the right place. If it says Windows 10 or 11, you don't need this guide — just download TuneBit and run it.

Download the free .NET Framework 4.8 installer from Microsoft. This is an official Microsoft update that many programs need to run on Windows 8.

Install the Update

Run the installer you just downloaded. Click ‘Accept’ on the license agreement, then click ‘Install’. Your PC may need to restart when it's done.
